- Medical coverage for the entire family, including parents, at specified levels.
- Base insurance coverage is set at INR 10 Lakhs, with the option to buy unlimited top-up coverage in multiples of INR 1 Lakh.
- The medical insurance is portable and has no waiting period.
- A dedicated help desk is available.
- You receive a contribution of INR 1800 per month towards your Provident Fund (PF), which is fully tax-exempt and forms a part of your base pay
- You also contribute an equal amount, which will be deducted from your monthly base pay.
- You have the option to declare a voluntary PF contribution of more than 12% of your basic salary, which will be a deduction from your take-home pay. There will be no corresponding employer contribution.
- You are eligible for gratuity after completing 5 years of continuous service.
