Drive and embrace change
Change is constant when you are a part of a growing company. We believe in never accepting or being too comfortable with the circumstances because, the past says, the companies that get into trouble are the ones that aren’t able to respond quickly and adapt to change. We are continuously evolving and we firmly believe that if we want to continue to stay ahead of our competition, we must continually change and leave them guessing. So embrace change. Flaunt that intent!
Be fast and fearless
Fast to us is being ruthlessly prioritizing. We believe in listening to the voice of customers and being dynamic in response to the current patterns and trends of today. We can be fast when we are fearless and owing to the trust that our products and services have built in the market and within us, being fearless is our forte. We aim to have individuals who try to find solutions on the inside and unleash their untapped power. We are autonomy-driven, giving people room to make decisions, challenge the status quo, and try new things where people are encouraged to make mistakes to learn and grow.
Build unfurled and candid relationships with communication
We believe that openness and candidness make for the best relationships because that lead to trust and faith. We highly value and encourage strong relationships with our managers, customers (both internal and external), vendors, business partners, and co-workers. We appreciate acts of integrity, empathy, and loyalty nonetheless ensuring our people do the right thing and treat their relationships well. It is difficult to build trust, but if trust exists, you can accomplish so much more. At Unizap, we embrace diversity in thoughts, opinions, and backgrounds and encourage effective communication so that everyone understands how his/her team connects to the big picture of what we are trying to accomplish.

While we are growing, we recognize that there are always challenges ahead to address. We’ve always prioritized our values and aim to be humble and respectful at all times. While we acknowledge our individual and team successes, we are not arrogant nor do we treat or expect others to be treated differently from how we would want to be treated. Instead, we carry ourselves poised and let our character speak for itself.
Make it simple
For us, simplicity should permeate in everything we do. It is the ultimate sophistication. Our products should solve problems with a click. Our product pricing should be simple to understand. Our processes and policies should be as simplistic as possible while still delivering the structure we need. This being said, we believe in fostering a community that’s simple to work with while still being staunch on the elements critical for mutual success.
